How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Desperateofficial Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Desperateofficial Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Desperateofficial Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@desperateofficial.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
